1. How was your experience from initial enquiry to contracting – were you treated with respect, transparency and was there a genuine interest and understanding of what you were trying to achieve?
The experience was very positive. Communication was clear and transparent throughout, and we felt there was a genuine understanding of our event objectives.

2. How did you find the venue, did it meet your expectations and was the venue ‘fit for purpose’ for your event?
Fit for purpose and met expectations for what we required. having a spacious layout, good supplier access, and sufficient parking made things easy for us with the planning.

3. Are there any improvements or changes that you would like to see or anything that we as a venue could improve on which would make the experience better for both you the organiser and that of those attending the event?
Nothing specific on the venue. If we were to return, we may look at making some minor layout tweaks, but overall the space worked well for the event.

4. In a few words could you give a brief comment on your experience of holding an event with us?
A very positive experience at Caribbean Gardens. Justin was fantastic to work with and extremely supportive both in the lead-up and onsite.
